Gabrielle Union’s style knows no limits! Whether she’s dressed up or dressed down, one thing we can always count on is that she’ll always serve a look.
Earlier this month, the actress, wife, and mother stepped out in a casual, summertime look for a mother-daughter date with her daughter, Kaavia. The duo attended the premiere of Disney+’s Descendants: The Rise of Red where the pair rocked matching summer ensembles, with the actress rocking a sleeveless dark blue minidress and a comfy pair of white canvas sneakers, and her mini wearing a matching dark blue, sleeveless dress and white ballerina flats.
We love this casual look on the superstars, especially how Gabrielle was able to dress down her chic look with summertime-insired sneakers, which appear to be from Cariuma, a Brazilian footwear brand. The popular shoe brand has been known to be versatile, comfortable, and affordable – a fashion trifecta we can all get behind.

The two rocked similar hairstyles as well, with Gabrielle wearing her braids pulled back into a sleek ponytail, and Kaavia rocking her natural curls in a sleek style as well.
The stylish beauty also shared a few photos from their darling date night on her Instagram, posting a carousel with a few photos from the red carpet and videos of Kaavia getting her hair slicked back into a curly ponytail and all dolled up for their big red carpet appearance.
