As President Barack Obama nears the final run of his presidency, he and First Lady Michelle Obama have been house hunting and according to current reports, the two have found the perfect place for their family. Nestled in the city’s upscale Kalorama neighborhood, they will lease a gorgeous 8,200-square-foot, four-story brick mansion has a nine-bedrooms, and eight-and-half-baths, Politico reported.

And the house is utterly amazing.

According to the UK Daily Mail, the massive mansion consists of separate dressing rooms, his and her bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, wet bar, wine cellar and a tranquil garden. There is also a gym for FLOTUS to get her workout on. And while there have been questions about the family’s safety given the publicity around their move, keep in mind that the Obamas will maintain Secret Service protection after they leave the White House.

This gorgeous home is currently owned by Joe Lockhart, the NFL’s executive vice president of communications and Giovanna Gray, who oversees special projects for Glamour Magazine. The two recently moved to New York City, vacating their amazing home they bought in May 2014 for $5,295,000.

And while of course haters are going to hate, there were plenty of people wishing the First Family well as they embark on this new chapter in their lives.

Some even had decorating advice:

While Malia Obama heads to Harvard in the fall of 2017, the Obamas said before that they would stay in D.C. so that their youngest daughter Sasha can finish her last two years at Sidwell Friends School.

‘Transferring someone in the middle of high school – tough,” POTUS said earlier this year.

Congrats to the Obamas!
