The ladies of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” are currently filming their sixth season, and word on the street is a NFL wife has replaced former cast member Kim Zolciak.
According to Reality Tea, Mynique Smith, who is happily married to former Atlanta Falcons player Chuck Smith, has been photographed with NeNe Leakes and the other housewives.
Sources say NeNe introduced Mynique, her friend of over 12 years, to the group.
During a recent interview, Chuck Smith said his wife hasn’t “officially” joined the cast but he will support her if she decides to sing not he dotted line.
“She is just hanging out with friends, as a guest of NeNe but anything is possible,” he said. “I support my wife in all endeavors she is involved in. I believe in her.”
Chuck added that he’s known NeNe for “24 years growing up in Athens.”

1. Kandi Burruss: C
Although Kandi got an A for her hair at the season 5 reunion, she’s still giving the Kandi Koated entrepreneur the side-eye. “There is something sketchy about that relationship with Todd,” Wendy stated, adding that she feels like Kandi is being pretty veiled in general on the show. Calling her spin-off “very unnecessary,” Wendy thinks that Kandi’s being careful about how she acts on camera to preserve her professional brand for “The Kandi Factory.”
2. NeNe Leakes: B-
Yet again, Wendy came for NeNe Leakes’ relationship with Gregg Leakes while assessing her performance on season 5. “NeNe…I love ya, girl. But I must say I would like to have seen more of you this season, and I realize that you are so busy with your acting in Hollywood,” said Wendy, who is very proud of how NeNe has been able to expand her brand beyond Bravo. “I love you for that, but you’re not giving us enough of you in Atlanta. When you did show up you got a few very good reads in when you told Phaedra how she was.” But there’s still something about NeNe’s love life that unsettles Wendy, who explained, “The part that I’m not really feeling is the whole romantic thing with you and Gregg [Leakes].” With a reported $1 million+ deal for season 6 of “RHOA” and a wedding spin-off, “I Dream of NeNe,” that romance seems to be working just fine for Bravo.
3. Cynthia Bailey: B+
Wendy didn’t have a whole lot to say about Cynthia, who scored slightly better than she may have in the past. “You are everything this season. Everything in a beautiful way,” Wendy commended. “You’re doing the best you can with the personality, but I think you look terrific.” But what was Wendy’s favorite part of Cynthia’s participation on season 5? The model coing out as something of the “RHOA” matriarch with Peter right by her side.
