Well, that was fast! Tia Mowry’s reality show, My Next Act, has wrapped after one season. But leave it to Tia to make even an exit feel like a glow-up.

“It was kind of like a docuseries for me,” she told the outlet, dressed in a rich brown gown with swooped baby hairs. “My goal was for women to not necessarily feel like they are alone…just share some vulnerability and vulnerable moments.”
And that’s exactly what she did. Premiering last October, the show gave fans a front-row seat to Tia’s post-divorce life after parting ways with Cory Hardrict. We watched her tackle dating, co-parenting, and the real highs and lows of motherhood.

Days before the show aired, she took to Instagram, writing, “This show is all about embracing change, and my hope is to show that it’s okay to evolve and grow—all while making you laugh along the way. I’ve been real and honest about this journey, and I can’t wait for you all to see it. Let’s do this!”
And yes, the show got juicy at times.
Remember when social media caught fire after Tia hinted that her bond with twin sister Tamera wasn’t quite what it used to be? Tia quickly clarified, but the comments were already lit. Social media fans made memes, dropped their own experiences about relationships with their siblings, and published thought pieces.

Tia’s My Next Act definitely caused a stir. And even though the show won’t be back for another season, Tia says she’s proud and ready to close that chapter.
Whether she’s dropping TikTok videos, twinning with her kids, or trying a new viral moment on Instagram Reels, Tia is still in her joy era. She might be done with reality TV (for now), but we know this won’t be her last act. And we will be watching.
