    Nonsense. Half information given out to people in the name of getting fit.

    1. If you don’t diet as well as exercise you won’t lose any fat. There was an experient with Marines whom did program of a thousands sit ups a day and they didn’t get ripped abs. You have to get rid of the fat that covers the stomach first then you can see the muscles that lie underneath this is what is called ripped.

    2. Women must get down to about 12%-14% body fat before they look ripped. Losing any more fat than that is counter productive to a woman’s attractiveness.

    You can stop eating so many carbs that is a good start for many people. Drinking more water as water will help supress the appetite, help the kidneys to move fat out of the body and help recovery from workouts. Also getting a stretch routine as stretching has shown to increase fat loss by 40%.

    i’m with KingZkwan.

    i wanna add: you have to get your metabolism in check before you can even hope to lose belly fat and keep it off. eat foods like: oatmeal, yogurt with granola, almonds, lean protein, whole grains, etc…think fiber and complex carbs

    as for exercise, you must do cardio as a part of your workout! abs conditioning alone won’t cut it. try short bursts of high intensity stuff mixed with longer stretches of lower intensity stuff.

    as for ab exercises, Pilates really helped me flatten my stomach and get a 6-pack. do moves that work your core as a whole, don’t depend on crunches alone. use your back and obliques as stabilizers; it’ll train your abs to become stronger.

    Do regular crunches (on the floor)…that way you don’t have any excuses (have to buy the ball, the bands, etc).

    I started working out five times a week, for 30-45 minutes at a time, using cardio and weights. I cut out refined sugars, reduced salt, eat the “good” carbs, and increased my protein intake. I lost 15 lbs since February.

    Nice post. This is great blog for me. It will suggest the nice exercise which are great strength to abs. This all exercise will be easy to do but we have to very carefully. By this exercise we look slim and get perfect figure.

    Doing crunches on a stability ball increases your ab workout. It makes it more effective from 30 – 40 percent vs doing it on the floor. Getting a stability ball is cheap. Pick one up at Target, Walmart, TJ Maxx, etc..
