For every frick, there’s a frack not too far behind. And for Porsha Williams that person is her Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star, Phaedra Williams.

In a late but fun attempt to step up to the challenge, the pair did the running man for Instagram on Friday. Stepping out of a black SUV, Williams starts the dance while Parks joins her while wearing workout clothing.

This entire week Williams has been celebrating her 35th birthday. In addition to renting a party bus, she had dinner with friends and hosted a party at Atlanta’s Halo Lounge. Williams also posted birthday blessings from her famous friends.

Parks has been enjoying the summer as well doing volunteer work and promoting her book Secrets Of the Southern Belle. She recently spoke to Bustle about being on television and how reality shows created a “sorority” between the women on them.

“The difference between a good reality show and a great reality show is people being very authentic, genuine, and most importantly, being transparent,” she said. “Being on a reality show is almost like a sorority of sorts. Only another person in the sorority can truly understand the pledging process.”

Adding, “I’m happy for everybody, especially in reality TV, I am always encouraging women to do better and break a glass ceiling for each other,” she said. “When NeNe [Leakes] does Broadway, that opens up the door for everyone else to do Broadway. When I land my political office, I hope that opens the door for another young woman to become a politician or run for office without a fear that it can’t work.”
