Smoothies are a great way to get in your essential nutrients in a couple sips, and since I believe healthy food should taste good, I whipped up 10 recipes you are going to flip over.

2. Strawberry Coconut Water

Not a fan of coconut water? Well you will be a fan of this. This smoothie is great for after a workout since coconut water is an excellent electrolyte replenisher.

1 Cup – Plain Coconut Water
1 Cup – Frozen Strawberries
1 Tbl – Ground Flax Seeds
1 Tbl – Honey

3. Peach Protein Power

Spring back in between workouts with this protein enriched peachy smoothie.

1 Cup – Almond Milk
1 Cup – Frozen Peaches
4 Oz – 0% Fat Peach Yogurt
1 Scoop – Vanilla Protein Powder

4. Green But Not So Mean

Since water is the base of this refreshing smoothie it is not only skin-altering, but low calorie as well.

1 Cup – Water
2-3 Cups – Spinach
5 Medium – Fresh Strawberries
1 Medium – Apple
1/2 Medium – Lemon (juice)
1/2 Inch – Ginger

5. Cocoa Cool Down

Your favorite childhood drink (chocolate milk) just got fit. This treat won’t feel like a cheat after leg day one bit.

1/2 Cup – Light Chocolate Soy Milk
1/2 Cup – Light Vanilla Soy Milk
1 Tbl – Cocoa Powder
4 Oz – 0% Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Scoop – Chocolate Protein Powder

6. Spicy Strawberry Lemonade

Both ginger and lemon help increase your metabolism, so sip on this spicy smoothie next time you need an afternoon pick me up.

1/3 Cup – Orange Juice
1 1/2 Cup – Frozen Strawberries
1 Medium – Lemon (juice)
1 Inch – Ginger

7. I Hope You Had A Berry Good Workout

This is my favorite post workout, treat sans protein powder. It is the perfect fruity blend of antioxidants, healthy carbs and creamy protein.

1 Cup – Vanilla Soy Milk
1 Cup – Frozen Blueberries
1 Small – Banana
4 Oz – 0% Fat Plain Greek Yogurt

8. Dance To The Beet

Ooohlala I love this smoothie. Not only is the color super RAD, but beets are known for lowering blood pressure. P.S. Dancing has the same benefits, so sip this and dance to the “beet” sis!

1 Cup – Almond Milk
1 Cup – Frozen Raspberries
2 Medium – Beets
1 Medium – Banana

9. RAD Green Tea Smoothie

Green tea is known to increase your metabolism, so I drink this RAD smoothie every morning. A little caffeine goes a long way. Living proof! Yum yum.

1 Cup – Green Tea
2-3 Cups – Spinach
1 Cup – Frozen Strawberries
1 Medium – Lemon (juice)
1/2 Medium – Peeled Orange
1 Inch – Ginger

10. Berry Easy Breezy

Get your daily dose of antioxidants in this berry easy recipe. This is a great twist on your favorite fitness water!

1 1/2 Cups – Propel Blueberry Pomegranate Water
1 1/2 Cups – Frozen Blueberries
1 Tbl – Chia Seeds

11. Go Bananas For Peanut Butter

Before you go bananas during your workout, drink this creamy dreamy smoothie.

1 1/2 Cups – Light Vanilla Soy Milk
1 Medium – Frozen Banana
1 Tbl – Creamy Peanut Butter
