This fall, the riding boot is still fashionable and trendy,and I’ve rounded some of the chic and stylish ones from every point price. Pair with a skirt and ruffled top underneath a leather jacket and leave the tights off, or tuck your skinny jeans into the boot and accessorize with a scarf and bold necklace.
