Jamie Foxx tackles the role of Commander-In-Chief in his latest film, White House Down.

Directed by Roland Emmerich, the upcoming presidential triller is the second film this year to show the White House under attack. (Olympus Has Fallen hit theaters in March and grossed $30.5 million.)

Foxx, who plays President James Sawyer, shares the screen with Hollywood hearttrob Channing Tatum. Tatum’s character, a police officer named John Cale, helps fight off domestic terrorists to save the president and multiple national monuments.

Foxx’s role has received a lot of comparisons to the real-life president, but he set the record straight in a recent interview. “I am not doing an impression of Obama,” he said. “Although certain times I do Obama-type things.”

The film hits theaters on June 28. Until then, check out the just-released trailer below and tell us what you think.
