Tracy Morgan has settled his lawsuit with Walmart.

The 46 year-old comedian sued the retailer after his limousine was hit by a Walmart truck driver on the New Jersey turnpike. The accident left Morgan seriously injured and fellow comedian James McNair dead. The details of the settlement remain under wraps, but reportedly  Morgan is happy with the results.

“Walmart did right by me and my family, and for my associates and their families. I am grateful that the case was resolved amicably,” he said.

Walmart settled with the family of James McNair back in March.

Morgan suffered from a brain injury in the crash and has been making steady progress. He was last seen in March with his fiancée Megan Wollover.

Walmart U.S. president and CEO Greg Foran also released a statement:

“Our thoughts continue to go out to everyone that was involved in the accident. While we know there is nothing that can change what happened, Walmart has been committed to doing what’s right to help ensure the well-being of all of those who were impacted by the accident. We worked closely with Mr. Morelli, and we are pleased to have reached an amicable settlement that ends this litigation. We are deeply sorry that one of our trucks was involved.”

Morgan is set to give his first interview since the accident Monday June 1st on The Today Show with Matt Lauer.
