1. Healthy Wine-tails
Low calorie and good for you (when sipped in moderation) wine is my favorite FitGirl drink. Intriguing in both taste and creation, I am a super huge fan of fermented grapes. I also love a good cocktail so if you are a wino like me, then you are going to love these healthy yet tasty wine based recipes. Grab a stemmed glass, change it up, mix it up and serve it up.
2. Cucumber-Coconut Splash
Ingredients: 2 cucumbers 1 1/2 cups coconut water 750-ml bottle rose 1/2 cup gin Directions: Thinly slice 2 cucumbers. Reserve 12 slices and place the rest in a pitcher with 1 1/2 cups coconut water. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then remove cucumber and add a 750-ml bottle of rose and 1/2 cup gin. Serve over ice and garnish with reserved cucumber slices.
3. The Bishop Red Wine Cocktail
Ingredients: 4 oz. red wine 1 Tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice 1 Tablespoon fresh squeezed orange juice 1/2 tsp powdered sugar Directions: Mix red wine, lemon, orange and sugar together and pour in a red wine glass.
4. Pear-Thyme Bellini
Ingredients: 2 peeled, cored, chopped pears juice of 2 lemons thyme sprigs chilled sparkling dry wine Directions: Combine 2 peeled, cored, chopped pears and the juice of 2 lemons (about 6 tablespoons) in a food processor and puree until smooth. Divide mixture among six glasses, add a thyme sprig to each, and top with chilled sparkling dry wine.

6. Rosemary- Berry Punch
Ingredients: 5 blackberries 1/2 sprig rosemary 4 ounces merlot splash of Chambord or other raspberry liqueur Directions: Drop 5 blackberries and 1/2 sprig rosemary into each of six rocks glasses; muddle. Add ice, if desired, then fill each glass with 4 ounces merlot; stir. Top with a splash of Chambord or other raspberry liqueur and garnish with berries or rosemary.
7. Apple & Pink Julep
Ingredients: 10 mint leaves 4 oz. Croft Pink Port 1 oz. apple juice Garnish: mint sprig Directions: Muddle mint leaves and apple juice in a cocktail shake. Add wine and ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
8. Tipsy Basil Lemonade
Ingredients: 12 whole fresh basil leaves 1 750-ml bottle sauvignon blanc 2 cups all-natural lemonade 3/4 cup limoncello Directions: In a pitcher, combine 12 whole fresh basil leaves, a 750-ml bottle of sauvignon blanc, 2 cups all-natural lemonade, and 3/4 cup limoncello; stir. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

10. San Francisco Sangaree
Ingredients: 4 cherries ¼ oz. simple syrup 1½ oz. merlot 1 oz. bourbon 1 lemon slice Directions: To make simple syrup, mix equal parts hot water and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Muddle cherries in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, simple syrup, wine, bourbon, and lemon slice. Shake and strain into a glass.
11. Grapefruit White Wine Spritzer
Ingredients: 2 ounces grapefruit juice, fresh squeezed 2 ounces pinot grigio wine 2 ounces tonic water Directions: Combine all ingredients, serve over ice in large wine glasses and enjoy.

Ingredients: 1½ oz. Sauza Blue Tequila Silver ½ oz. cabernet sauvignon 1 oz. DeKuyper Triple Sec 1 oz. agave nectar 1 oz. lime juice Garnish: lime twist Directions: Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Garnish with a lime twist.
