Hot on the heels of ageless, yet “Clueless” star Stacey Dash claiming that she’s in support of Mitt Romney, the presidential hopeful is being called out on his “use” of women in the election. There’s now a petition against Romney for him to stop using women’s health as an attempt to get votes.
Always a believe in pro-life, flip-flopping Romney recently claimed that if he were to win the presidency, he would not push legislation to restrict abortion. Where Romney’s known to flip his stance frequently, this is the first time he’s changed his tune with abortion. ABC News reports, “It’s troubling that Mitt Romney is so willing to play politics with such important issues,” Obama campaign spokeswoman Lis Smith said. “Women simply can’t trust him.”
There’s one woman in full support and that’s Stacey Dash. Look at the tweet she’s retweeted:
Perhaps Romney is trying to get more women behind him, but switching up what you stand for at the last minute is not the way to do that.
