Jennifer Forrester and Kaisa Keranen met on the track at the University of Washington and have been training together ever since. Their Instagram videos are so fun, functional and fashion forward (those matching outfits tho) and I love how they use minimal equipment – so don’t be surprised if you instantly feel the need to do a burpee after watching one.
