They say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree! The saying certainly applies to Summer Miami Luellen, the young daughter of City Girls star, Yung Miami.
On Monday, the Florida femcee took to Instagram with a few sweet photos that captured her and her 3-year-old daughter modeling matching outfits.
In one pic, Summer smized for the camera as she rocked a shiny golden body suit. The fashionable tot sported a long flowing ponytail and a pair of beautiful golden sandals along with her cute outfit. Her superstar momma opted for a pair of golden heels and a beautiful coral-blue statement necklace to compliment her look. Miami, 28, tied the ensemble together with silver hoops, dark black eyeliner, and magenta eye shadow.
Isn’t this just absolutely adorable?
The star welcomed young Summer on Oct. 16, 2019, with her ex-boyfriend and rapper Southside. The pair began dating in 2018 and were on and off until they finally called it quits in 2020. The hip-hop titan also has an older son named Jai Jr. The Florida native welcomed her firstborn in June 2013 with her late ex, Jai Wiggins. Unfortunately, Yung Miami’s ex-boyfriend was shot and killed in June 2020, according to The Blast.
Fans were shocked when Miami announced her pregnancy in 2019. In a since deleted Instagram post, the “Act Up” hitmaker said that she was initially hesitant to share the news out of fear.
“At first I was nervous because I was afraid of all of the backlash I was gonna receive, but in reality, I received a lot of love. Everyone was very supportive of me, so I feel honored and blessed,” the hip-hop star told fans at the time. The Billboard award-winner continued, “When women usually get pregnant in hip-hop, they feel like their career is over. But the times have changed now, you can have a baby and still pursue your career.”
Yup! Being a proud mother of two has not slowed down the famous femcee’s career at all. Yung Miami is currently finishing up a crazy world tour. She has an award winning podcast and a burgeoning fashion line, too!
