Jordin Sparks recently spoke on getting in shape for her next tour with the Jonas Brothers and what motivates her to get her heart rate up every day! Here’s what she said to self.com:
Team up: “I think that’s important, to have someone help motivate you and keep you going,” Jordin says. This tour, she’ll have four background singers–and her mom–to keep her company. “We’ve already talked about hot yoga and things like that. Even if we don’t all do it together, I know one of them will be like, ‘Jordin, we need to go!’ and I’ll go.”
Jordin’s Go-To Workout Songs: “Anything by Kanye West! He uses so many different beats that you can always switch it up, from doing reps to “The Good Life” to switching up your resistance on the elliptical during “Love Lockdown.” Also, I work out to “One Step at a Time” because–even though it’s my own song–I really love it and it always makes me work the whole way through because I just want to hear the end!”
