According to The Hollywood Reporter, she’ll portray Anita Hill in “Confirmation.” The film will center on Clarence Thomas’ 1991 Supreme Court nomination hearing, which stemmed from Anita allegations that he’d sexually harassed her when they worked together.
It’s not clear whether the story will be told from Anita’s perspective, but Susannah Grant has signed on to write the script.
In other Kerry news, she is gracing the cover of Marie Claire this month and can’t say enough great things about the feature article about her inside the book. She posted a peek at the issue on her Instagram page as she gushed about the profile’s author Lena Dunham.
