Cheryl Gibbs, Capt. Foxheart’s Bad News Bar & Spirit Lodge – Houston, TX
Inspiration: This cocktail is a nod Houston’s long history as port town. The city’s ship channel is one of the most used in the United States and the French rooted name references the country (France) that exported herbs and spices like the cardamom and bay leaves featured in this cocktail to Texas.
