Harlem’s Sweet Spot Festival is one of Harlem’s best outdoor summer events that happens once a month from May-September. Locals and outer borough residents gather in Jackie Robinson Park on 145th street to celebrate and appreciate art in all forms–visual, face painting, jewelry, workshops, performance and more.

The festival also boasts some of the best food from around Harlem with all kinds of mom & pop shops. And of course there’s music. DJ’s keep the crowd dancing as the community celebrates. The festival’s producer, Marsha Reid says “I want the community to know that their kids can come and listen to great music. Everyone bring your art. Let’s just do it for ourselves.”
