WTH? Bobby Brown Released After 9 Hours In Jail
Bobby Brown has been released from jail after nine hours due to jail overcrowding. The R&B singer turned himself in yesterday to complete a 55 day sentence stemming from his 3rd DUI reports TMZ.
Bobby checked into the Los Angeles County Jail in the morning, and was apparently released in the evening.
The NY Daily News previously learned Brown was expected to serve at least eight days in jail.
“The time expected, all things being equal, is about eight days,” Los Angeles County sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore told the News.“But he could get out in a matter of days and go on electronic monitoring. It’s really tough to say exactly.”
Bobby is on 4 years probation and has to attend alcohol ed classes for 18 months.
And this ladies and gentlemen is why Lindsey Lohan never does jail time. The LA County prison system is a joke!
