Dick Clark Dead At Age 82
Dick Clark has died from a massive heart attack he suffered this morning. TMZ is reporting that the famed producer and host of “”New Year’s Rockin’ Eve” host had been in St. John’s hospital in L.A. after undergoing an outpatient procedure last night and suffered the “massive” heart attack following the procedure. Attempts to resuscitate him were unsuccessful.
Dick Clark’s “American Bandstand” which propelled him to fame, brought rock ‘n’ roll music into millions of households and showed teenagers how to do the latest dance steps.
Clark was 82.
