Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 med onion, chopped
1.5 lbs spaghetti pasta
40 oz jar pasta sauce
(Grated parmesan cheese)
2 loaves fresh baked French bread
(Garlic salt, butter, aluminum foil)
2 bags shredded lettuce
1 green pepper, sliced
1 tomato, chopped
(Italian dressing)
Directions:
In large skillet, brown beef and onion until fully cooked. Drain. Add pasta sauce. Heat thoroughly. Prepare pasta as directed. Serve sauce over pasta. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, if desired. Cut bread in half, lengthwise. Lay open; spread butter on top of both halves. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Close. Cut into slices. Wrap in foil. Bake in 350˚ oven for 15 min. Toss lettuce with green pepper and tomato. Drizzle with dressing.
