NFL Player Claims His ‘Ni**er’ Rant Against Teammate Was ‘Out Of Love’ [VIDEO]
In an interview with FOX Sports Live’s Jay Glazer, Miami Dolphins guard Richie Incognito, 30 (pictured above), claims that he is not racist and that his use of the word “ni**er” in a vulgar text message to teammate Jonathan Martin, 24, was “out of love.”

Martin left the Dolphins on Oct. 28. due to alleged racism, bullying and “harassment that went far beyond the traditional locker room hazing,” his lawyer David Cornwell said.
The racist text that led to Martin quitting the team, reads: “Hey, what’s up, you half-ni**er piece of sh*t. I saw you on Twitter, you been training 10 weeks. Want to sh*t in your f**king mouth. I’m going to slap your f**king mouth. Going to slap your real mother across the face. (Laughter) You’re still a rookie. I’ll kill you.”
According to Cornwell, Martin, who is currently seeking counseling for emotional issues, also endured physical attacks.
Incognito says he’s embarrassed by the text now because it makes him appear to be a “racist pig,” but he insists that he’s Martin’s “best friend” on the team and that everything has been blown out of proportion.
Incognito is currently suspended from the Dolphins while the NFL investigates Martin’s claims.
