Is there a workout you just can’t get into?

I’m more of a loner exerciser (hello, weights and the elliptical machine), but for the sake of my job, I’ve tested out various fitness trends over the years. I’ve done kickboxing, various dance classes, pilates, and every sort of hybrid yoga/tap/cardio class out there, but when it comes to spinning, I draw the line. Call me crazy, but it just doesn’t sound appealing, even though I know a spinning class torches calories. And I’m far too giggly and uncoordinated to step foot in a cardio striptease class.
