    tomorrow is my second anniversary for a succesful kidney transplant and i will be celebrating with pampering myself until i can’t anymore! During stress, sickness, or health and peace, i like to meditate in a bath just for me… sometimes i will use different spices i use to make an ethnic tea… or different tea bags or oils, or just relaxing extra hot water and a book that i can soak and unwind. Candles are a must, i am always trying a way to top myself in loving myself to the fullest…
