Dozens of demonstrators gathered in Kampala to advocate for unsolved crimes against women in Kampala on Saturday. Protesters wore black and carried signs while demanding police action on a slew of unsolved murders and sexual assault. Women’s Protest Working Group (WPWG) was one of the main organizers who gathered women and men in the name of justice. Reports estimate over 42 women have been the victimized in the city of Kampala since the beginning of the year.
