Jay Z & Will Smith Talk “Annie”
This holiday season, after you’ve shopped for your last round of gifts and enjoyed a feast, head out to the movie theater and catch the modern remake of “Annie” starring little Quvenzhané Wallis and Jamie Foxx. With Jay Z and award-winning songwriter Sia among the list of producers on the film, it’s sure to be a new classic.
The cast of the family-friendly film recently attended the NYC premiere, where Will Smith said, “Anytime you revisit a timeless story, you always want to be able to add something different. Jay and Sia did a really brilliant job creating that new sound, new vibe and energy.”
Jay added, “Feels like New York City. It feels like magic, anything can happen. There’s that consistent theme there — that story of hope.”
