Lost Tupac Files

In 1994 Tupac openly admitted that he believed he would be dead within the next 10 years, worst case scenario: his ashes being smoked by his friends. While his remains weren’t rolled up into a blunt, he did pass away after being shot in 1996. In a never-before-heard interview released by PBS’ animated “Blank on Blank” web series, Tupac addressed racial issues, the “press machine” and compared himself to visionaries. “Somebody who pulled himself up from their bootstraps. From poverty. From welfare. Now … I’m doing movies. I feel like a tragic hero in a Shakespeare play, you know what I’m saying?”
