This has to be one of the best resignation videos to date, and we’re sure Kanye West would approve!
Marina Shifrin recently chucked the deuces to her job of two years by uploading a YouTube video of herself dancing her cares away to Kanye’s “Gone.”
“For almost two years I’ve sacrificed my relationship, time and energy for this job,” the 25-year-old wrote in the clip. “And my boss only cares about quantity and how many views each video gets. So I figured I’d make ONE video of my own to focus on the content instead of worrying about the views.”

According to her LinkedIn page, Shifrin was as a content editor at Next Media Animation. She worked in the New office for four months before relocating got Taiwan. In a recent interview with the NY Daily News, she said she wants to get “back in Brooklyn ASAP!”
“I made the video to show my parents and they got such a kick out of it. Then I showed some co-workers and they got a kick out of it,” she said. “Everyone thought it was a good idea.”
“I basically left myself no choice but to pursue jobs at creative companies that are willing to take risks,” she added. “I think if you understand the humor and the innocence behind the video, you understand my type of comedy.”
