If you are a fan of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” then we’re sure you remember Sheree Whitfield’s on-going mansion-building project, Chateau Sheree. Well, according to Tamara Tattles, the former reality star lost the home to foreclosure and it’s heading to the auction black.
Sources say the Atlanta mansion — which Whitfield wanted to include a library, ballroom and skating rink — is “available for an immediate short sale for $340,000.”
According to Tamara’s blog, there are two loans on the property and it has severe rain damage.
“Sheree may actually be try to buy it back herself but that would be tricky if it is still in the name of her shell corp, BLU Management. I am sure she thinks she has some new sheisty trick up her sleeve. When we were in court there was something about her LLC paperwork that she was desperately trying to hide. If you are new to my drama with Sheree Whitfield taking me to court numerous times to keep me from tweeting about Chateau Sheree, click here. I guess she already knew she was headed to foreclosure and was trying to keep it out of the media. Dragging me all over the courts in two counties ranting for me to stop talking about it was probably not the smartest way to make me forget about her existence.”
The mother of three talked Chateau Sheree during an episode of “Iyanla Fix My Life” last season. Check out the footage from that show below and tells if you are surprised to hear this news.
