Erykah Badu May Face Indecent Exposure Charges
While Erykah Badu’s new video “Window Seat” is raising more than just a few eyebrows, it could be raising charges.
Sources say that police in Texas are investigating whether to charge the singer with indecent exposure for her “Window Seat” video. Badu shot the video in Dallas at Dealey Plaza where President John F. Kennedy was assassinated.
The video shows Badu parking a car and slowly walking to the assassination spot stripping away her clothes.
The misdemeanor carries a maximum fine of $4,000 and up to one year in jail.
