Essence Music Festival brought out an all-star performance line-up over the weekend, but the real party happened backstage in The Belvedere Lounge where the stars and VIP’s made their way for a drinks and chatter.
We caught up with Shaunie O’Neal on Friday night who had some choice words and faces to make about “Messy Meeka’s” arrival on this season on Basketball Wives. Complete with a sideye and a neck roll, Shaunie made sure to point out that “it isn’t editing” when it comes to Meeka’s two-faced ways. “That’s all her,” she told us. “I don’t even know her like that, she reached out to the show and to Shed Media, she did that all herself.”
In other news, Letoya Luckett and Slim Thug were seen walking through the lounge hand in hand. We’re assuming they are now back together.
