1. Here Comes Peter Cottontail…

Yes, Easter is a religious holiday, however, there’s always room to have a sip! I mean, Jesus DID turn water into wine, yes? If you ask me, that’s encouragement. So this Easter, I want to make sure that you’re mixing up some light and tasty cocktails that are sure to keep you hopping down the bunny trail. Hippity hoppity!

2. Kick-Start

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Sobieski Vodka
¼ oz. vanilla liqueur
¼ oz. lime juice
¼ oz. cranberry juice
Drizzle of Sriracha
Dash simple syrup
Lime wheel

Directions:
Combine all ingredients then shake and strain into martini glass or high ball over ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.

3. Dante’s Essence Cocktail Credit: Niccole Trzaska

½ oz. fresh-squeezed OJ or half an orange
1 teaspoon Sriracha
1 ½ oz. Sobieski Vodka
¼ oz. lime juice
Dash orange bitters
Wheat beer
Orange twist

Muddle half an orange and combine with 1 teaspoon Sriracha. Add Vodka, lime juice and orange bitters. Shake & strain into a martini glass or pour over ice in a highball or beer stein. Top with a wheat beer and garnish with orange twist.

4. Spicy Sparkling Mimosas

Ingredients:
1/2 Bottle of VOGA Italia Sparkling
5 1/2 cups orange juice
2 3/4 cups pineapple juice
1/2 tablespoon finely grated ginger

Directions:
Mix orange juice and pineapple juice in a pitcher. Pour VOGA Sparkling into pitcher. Add ginger.

5. Egg Hunt Shooters (MOCKTAIL)

Ingredients:
4 oz Lemonade Sparkling ICE
6-7 Strawberries, hulled (plus more for garnish)
Ice

Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until it becomes slushy. Pour into a chilled glass (or shot glasses) and garnish with a strawberry.

6. VOGA’s Easter Sangria

Ingredients:
2 Bottles of VOGA Italia Moscato Wine
1 12 oz. bottle of Peach Beer
3 oz. Triple Sec
2 sliced peaches
2 sliced apricots
1 container of fresh raspberries
1 sliced Granny Smith apple
1 sliced orange

Directions:
Pour wine & beer in a large pitcher & add sliced fruit & berries. Add triple sec & stir gently. Cover & chill from 2-24 hours. Top with club soda. Stir gently and serve over ice.

7. Whipped Vanilla Nut Latte

Ingredients:
3 oz. RealBeanz Vanilla Nut
1 oz. vanilla vodka
1 oz. milk
Coffee beans
Whipped Cream

Directions:
Muddle coffee beans into the bottom of a collins glass. In a shaker, combine RealBeanz Vanilla Nut, vanilla vodka and 1 tablespoon of whipped cream. Shake vigorously. Pour into collins glass over coffee beans, and top with milk. Finish with whipped cream

8. Bunny Hop

Ingredients:
3 oz. Raspberry Lemonade Sparkling Ice
1 oz. vodka
Fresh raspberries and lemon slices for garnish

Directions:
Pour vodka into a chilled glass with ice. Top with Raspberry Lemonade Sparkling ICE. Garnish with fresh raspberries and lemon slices.

9. Mocha Beer Float

Ingredients:
2 oz. RealBeanz Mocha
3 oz. Irish stout beer
1 scoop Pralines & Cream ice cream

Directions:
Pour RealBeanz Mocha into glass. Add in one scoop of Pralines & Cream ice cream. Top with Irish stout beer

10. Orchard Flowers

Ingredients:
½ oz dry gin
½ oz elderflower liquor
splash lime juice
3 oz Angry Orchard Traditional Dry Cider

Directions:
Pour gin, elderflower liquor, lime juice & cider into mixing cup with ice. Stir until chilled. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with lime wheel.

11. Rosy Cooler

Ingredients:
2 medium strawberries, quartered
2 basil leaves, julienned (cut into thin strips)
2 lime slices
½ oz simple syrup
1 oz vanilla vodka
4 oz Angry Orchard Crisp Apple Cider

Directions:
Muddle strawberries & basil in simple syrup. Squeeze & add the 2 lime slices. Fill glass with ice. Add 4 oz cider. Stir to incorporate ingredients. Garnish with strawberry & lime slice.

12. Cherry Blossom Tea

Ingredients:
2 parts Red Stag by Jim Beam® Black Cherry Bourbon
2 parts iced tea
1/2 part lime juice
1/2 part vanilla syrup

Directions:
Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

13. Honey Sour

Ingredients:
1 part Jim Beam® Honey
1 part fresh lemon sour (2 parts fresh Lemon Juice 1 part Low Calorie Simple syrup)
½ part pasteurized egg whites

Directions:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled white wine or sour glass. Garnish with a half moon orange wheel on the rim.

14. Honey Spritzer

1 part Jim Beam® Honey
1 part light lemonade
Fill with Fresca No Calorie Peach Citrus Soda

Directions:
Build over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge.
