As winter months approach, we’re not in the bikini mindset or hiking or biking constantly but that doesn’t mean we have to be couch potatoes either. There are several ways to stay active indoors in the winter months.

Take the stairs
Elevators or escalators, let’s call the whole thing off! Taking the stairs, even just a few flights a day instead of the electronic kind can burn calories. And hey, it’s a quick way to get movin’ and stay active without getting all decked out to go to the gym.
