According to perezhilton.com, former Lakers radio host Matt “Money” Smith revealed the news on Fox Sports Radio’s Petros and Money Show that Lamar had been dating Oscar-nominated actress Taraji Henson just weeks before he got together with Khloe Kardashian.

Apparently Taraji Henson was scared off by Lamar Odom proposing so soon into the relationship.
Smith wouldn’t name any specific names but did say that Lamar Odom was “madly in love with another young lady [Henson] no less than one week before he met Khloe and asked that young lady to marry him and she said, ‘Whoa, slow down.'”
