Thomas shared that she used Fenty Beauty True Neutrals Shadow Palette Blue Eyeliner ($25.00, sephora.com) on the lids of her eyes and Marc Jacobs Beauty Highliner Matte Gel Eye Crayon ($25.00, marcjacobsbeauty.com) “to line the bottom water line and smudged under the eye.” The blue eyeliner trend is still going strong and won’t be going anywhere for at least another 2 seasons.
