Derrick Rose Says Ex-Girlfriend Consented To Group Sex
In other news, did someone put a hex on Derrick Rose?
From the injuries that have sidelined him for three years to his recent sexual assault case, Derrick Rose has had an interesting time in the spotlight. Rose’s lawyer Mark Baute is now requesting the rape charges against the point guard be thrown out.
Baute responded to the allegations with documents claiming the woman only identified as Jane Doe, consented to all sexual activity ‘with more than one defendant on more than one occasion’ and wasn’t injured at all.
The documents allege “The plaintiff became upset a few weeks or months later because she felt she should be reimbursed for one of the sex toys she purchased and used during the day and night in question.” Baute maintains the plaintiff became upset with Rose after he stopped responding to her text messages. Baute is also requesting that the case be thrown out.
Yikes!
