Donald Trump’s Twitter Mentions Filled With Period References After Sexist Comments

I’m not sure how Donald Trump plans to win over female voters at this point. With the rate he’s going at, bruh’s pretty much alienated every woman (and minority group) in the country, especially with his latest, disgusting jab at FOX’s Megyn Kelly. After last week’s GOP debate, Trump claimed that Kelly unfairly targeted him, saying: “you could see there was blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her wherever.”
Naturally, people were outraged by what appeared to be a thinly veiled and misogynistic reference to menstruation. As a result, the hashtag #periodsarenotaninsult was conceived to make fun of Trump and his asinine, out of touch commentary. Trump is insisting that he was speaking about Kelly’s nose and ears but no one’s buying it. Read more at Yahoo Health.
