‘You Like Me, You Really Like Me’: The Best 6-Second Acceptance Speeches On The ‘Black Girls Rock’ Red Carpet
At this year’s “Black Girls Rock” event, Erykah Badu, Cicely Tyson, Jada Pinkett-Smith, Ava Duvernay and more were honored as the ceremony’s celebrants. We caught up with Tracee Ellis Ross, Regina King, MC Lyte, Kat Graham, Lalah Hathaway, Vicky Jeudy and Danielle Brooks to give their on-the-spot acceptance speeches while they were flossing on the BGR red carpet.
See their answers above.
