Tahiry Jose’s Attacker Avoids Jail Time & Gets Off Easy

The man that attacked Tahiry Jose has gotten off with a relative slap on the wrist.

The “Love & Hip Hop: New York” star is still sporting a neck brace following an incident during a fall fashion show. Now, it seems that she’s having a tougher time in the aftermath of her altercation with Charles Suggs.

TMZ.com reports that he pleaded guilty to assault and got off with absolutely no jail time. He will, however, have to complete an anger management course and keep his distance from Tahiry for the next five years. The terms of his sentence were part of plea deal that worked out pretty well in his favor after what happened.

According to reports, Tahiry was backstage at the Toure Design show in September for New York Fashion Week when she got into a dispute with Charles. During their verbal exchange, he ran directly at her and started punching her. He then pulled her to the ground and continued pummeling her.

Following an attack that left the model and reality star with wounds and bruises all over her body, this seems like a pretty light sentence.
