It looks like Jay Z may need to spend a little more time focusing on his artists. Rumor has it…Rihanna is pissed with her mentor after Hov ditched her show.

According to RadarOnline, Ri Ri and Hov’s relationship is strained and to make matters worse, he flaked on a scheduled appearance. Ri Ri was allegedly expecting Hov to show up at her Rose Bowl performance on the “Monster” tour with Eminem, but he never showed up.

“Rihanna was extremely surprised and later said she wouldn’t be surprised if Beyoncé told him not to go,” a source claims.
