March Madness is one of my favorite times of the year! College athletes ball so hard and I absolutely love it. I also love a good sweat, so I teamed up with the FitGirls over at Barre Bee Fit and am excited to share this March Madness-inspired medicine ball (which P.S. is basically a weighted basketball) workout with you! So grab a ball so we can have a ball.

If you are looking for a piece of fitness equipment that you can toss, bounce, lift and throw then a medicine ball is just for you. They are incredibly versatile and the exercise options are limitless. Because of the shape many medicine ball workouts increase your muscular strength, up your endurance and improve your stability.

Not sure what size ball to use? Well considering that they range from 2 – 30 lbs I would suggest grabbing a few–a light one is great to toss, a medium one is perfect for core exercises and a heavy one is excellent for lower body work. So what are you waiting for?

Check out this RAD deal, push play and let’s sweat already.
