George Zimmerman’s wife, Shellie has plead guilty to lying under oath during a bail hearing and only has to do a year of probation and 100 hours of community service. Reportedly, the two weren’t so happily married before the tragic shooting that took 17-year-old unarmed teen, Trayvon Martin’s life.

Shellie claims they lived like “gypsies” shortly after Zimmerman was released on bail–hiding out in a trailer deep in the woods. The seclusion didn’t help their marriage because now Shellie’s talking divorce. George didn’t even show up to court when she was punished for lying.

In an appearance on “Good Morning America,” Shellie admitted that George hurt her self-esteem. NewsOne is reporting that Shellie reportedly agreed to the interview with Christie O’Connor so that she could set the record straight and move on, even though George Zimmerman has “beaten down her self-esteem.” According to O’Connor, “When I asked her [Shellie] why she was doing [the interview], Shellie said, ‘I want to start my life back.’ George Zimmerman has beaten down her self-esteem.” She admits to having made mistakes but says she is owning up to them now and moving forward with her life, but as to whether or not this move will include Zimmerman, only time will tell.

Shellie, however, did admit that she’s unsure if she will stay married to Zimmerman. Awww, trouble in paradise?!
