Kanye West Cleared Of Charges For Paparazzi Scuffle
Kanye West is known for attacking members of the paparazzi, but once again he will not face felony charges for his actions.
According to the Associated Press, the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office has declined to prosecute the rapper for his most recent paparazzo scuffle, where he was videotaped lunging at the photographer’s camera and trying to wrestle it away at Los Angeles International Airport last month.

Prosecutors argued that no weapon was used during the incident, the photographer didn’t suffer any significant injury, the camera lacked any known damages and the offender, Mr. West, had no felony record.
The proud papa to baby North West is not completely off the hook though. The case will go to the city attorney and he still may face misdemeanor charges.
