Believe it or not, even in this time of financial uncertainty, some of you may be facing a very stressful decision as it relates to employment. If you are one of the lucky ones who is not only employed on a full time basis, but also presented with two possible job offers on top of that, then, in my humble opinion, you have hit the jackpot. Though this is a time to celebrate, it is also a time to make an informed, well thought out and subjectively appropriate decision about your next move.

Here are three important considerations to take into account when determining which direction you may want to go:
1) Be Honest.
One thing you do not want to do is burn any bridges with your current employer or potential future employers. While you are considering one job offer with a potential employer, be honest with the others you are either interviewing with or contemplating accepting an offer from.
