BEAUTIFUL NEWS: Dad & Son To Graduate From Morehouse College Together
This weekend, Dorian Joyner, Sr. and Dorian Joyner, Jr. will both walk across the stage at Morehouse College’s commencement ceremony.
The Joyner men, who are not only father and son but Morehouse brothers, will be receiving their bachelor’s degrees for the all-male institution at the same time.

After a 25-year hiatus, the oldest Joyner decided to continue his education at Morehouse when his son was a freshman.
Dorian Jr said he and his father used each other as “a support system.”
“Sometimes [my dad] would come to my room to ask about a problem or a class or a professor to take,” he said during an interview with Atlanta 11.
The graduation ceremony, which will include a commencement from President Barack Obama, will be held on Sunday, May 19.
What a proud moment this must be for both of them.
