As I ran home from the bus stop, last night, anticipating “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” I realized just how addicted I am to the cast and storyline. Geez. If you’re like me but couldn’t watch Joseline and Stevie, read this recap!
Erica Postpones Wedding
After the previous episode’s final scene where Erica Dixon and Momma Dee came to blazing opposition, Erica was feeling insecure about her engagement to Scrappy. She felt he didn’t have her back. But, if you’ve been keeping up with the season, Scrappy has expressed to his mother that she needs to respect his fiancé, on numerous occasions. As the season unfolds, she will see. Erica postponed the wedding indefinitely, against Scrappy’s wishes.
Joseline & Stevie Makeup
Before Joseline rose to main chick status, she was the side woman who broke up a happy home–now, the shoe is on the other foot. I guess, no one ever told Jos, “you lose them how you catch them.” The couple’s feud over her contract is really just an indicator for how unhappy Joseline is and how unfairly she feels she is being treated. It wasn’t long before Stevie was back in her bed, whispering sweet nothings in her ear.
Joseline & Stevie Vs. Benzino
Karlie Redd, who can’t help her bird-like ways, told Joseline that Benzino claimed to have sex with her. All this was allegedly said, while they watched her porno together. (Yeah. Exactly). Joseline spilled the information to Stevie who then confronted his friend. Benzino denied saying he and Joseline hooked up and denied Joseline’s allegations that he tried to sleep with her because he dm’d her early in the morning. It was about business, Zino claimed. While I believe him, because I just don’t see why he would attempt such a thing when Stevie is clearly his bestie, Stevie believed Joseline!
