Rape In The Military Grows
The disgusting cycle of women in the military being assaulted, afraid to come out and make the claim, then finally getting the courage, only to be ridiculed or worse, have their claims brushed under the rug is neverending. With the recent release of Oscar-nominated documentary, An Invisible War, there’s a bigger light being shed on this common problem. The mouth-dropping statistic of women being more likely to get raped than die in combat is scary, but puts this whole thing into perspective.
