President Obama’s victory in being elected for a second term wasn’t great news for everyone. Students at Ole Miss took to the streets to express their disdain with our re-elected president.

Even though police reacted quickly to the campus disturbance, the fight lives on in the viral video circuit. After about 20 minutes of the students gathering, the group had grown to about 400 people.

It’s sad that we’re living in a time where a black man can be president twice in a row and people are still racially ignorant. According to people on the scene, students were heckling one another and racial slurs were even yelled out in the crowd.

Obviously the students at Miss students really wanted Mitt Romney to win, however reacting like children and throwing tantrums isn’t the way. There are reports that rocks have even been thrown, but the school’s chancellor denied that accusation.
