Although NYFW is a bit of a distant memory for me (at least until February), fashion weeks are still happening across the globe. Milan Fashion Week started this week and both Solange and Azealia Banks showed some love to Cavalli by making appearances at his Spring 2013 Collection runway show and his new store opening.

Solange rocked a gorgeous multi-printed white and blue blazer with a mini dress from the 2013 Cavalli Resort Collection. She always sets the bar for trendy fashion looks in my eyes, but that fro – can we get an afro pick perhaps? Azealia tweeted,“my girl @solangeknowles’s fro be SHININ’ !!”  I guess these two are best buds now.

Azealia Banks arrived in a satin and animal print dress and paired it with black and white meshed space boots. I’m lost when it comes to her style. It’s very Lady GaGa meets Prince for a shopping date on a off pay week, but hey it’s her style. After the runway show they both headed over to the new Just Cavalli Boutique Opening Party where Azealia performed. The designer transformed the store into a nightclub with psychedelic lights, house music, and of course cocktails.

Solange rocked an embroidered dress and white leather motorcycle jacket from the Spring 2013 collection. Must be nice to have fashion at your fingertips. Those tangerine pointy toes pumps are a so cute, right. Azealia switched up her look by adding voluminous curls and a colorful printed body con dress. I hear that Solange will drop her new single “Losing You” on October 2nd – hope the two chatted about a collaboration.
