The “Hollywood Exes” continue on their quest for independence but for Jessica, one thing seems to be holding her back: Jose. She’s still considering the idea of Jose moving in with her and her daughter but continues to convince the other girls that its solely for their daughter and not for her (yeah right). Of course, the other girls aren’t too thrilled about Jessica letting her ex move back in with her, and think that it’ll just cause way too many problems. But Jessica is set on making up her own mind and not listening to the advice from her friends. She says that she has other plans for Jose, “I’m putting him to work”, she explains. Not sure what that means yet, but it sounds like a good idea.

Mayte has Nicole and Sheree over her house to talk about the matchmaker who came over and critiqued every inch of her house. Sheree and Nicole volunteer to help her and tell her to lose the matchmaker, although they can see that the matchmaker definitely has a point. Mayte still has Prince’s wedding china laying around in her house. I mean, at some point it’s time to move on. Sheree and Nicole think they can possibly find a good match for Mayte and rack their brains to think of the perfect man.

Luckily, Mayte has Andrea to fill that void of a “partner” because the two of them have become inseparable. Mayte takes Andrea to her ballet class and it becomes even more apparent how much these two have in common. They were both dancers for their ex husbands and they are both now divorced and trying out the single life on their own.

Since moving to L.A, Andrea closed her Chicago dance company because she feels like it’ll give her the strength to make it work in L.A. She starts a plan to open a company in her new city, and Mayte suggests the Millenium because it’s the place to be for anyone who dances. After meeting with the owner and wowing him with her celebrity friends and dance talent, she gets the Millenium! Looks like things are going great for Andrea already!

Meanwhile, Sheree and her husband’s long distance relationship is starting to take it’s toll. It’s a lot of back and forth for the couple, and Terrell is ready for her to move with him in San Diego. Sheree feels torn. “I have a husband in one place and a son in another place…what am I to do?” she tells cameras. Terrell suggests that they follow the word of God and leave it up to what the Bible says when searching for their answer. I guess they just need to let go and let God.

Jessica is still pondering the idea of having Jose move in with her and she meets with her therapist to have a different perspective. Jessica admits to her therapist that the most difficult part about her relationship with Jose was his lying and cheating, but that she’ll always a soft spot for him in her heart.  There’s some chemistry, some connection I’ve always felt with him,” she says.

Once Jessica finally straightens her feelings out, she finds out that Jose has taken a job offer in Boston and won’t be moving in with her after all. So much for the idea of co-parenting or possibly getting back together. It seems like all Jose wanted from Jessica was a place to sleep and some money, instead of co-parenting their daughter like he claimed. Jessica confides in her girls Sheree and Mayte and their response is simple, “Jose is a douchebag”. My thoughts exactly.

“A man can really do you wrong and still there’s a place for him in your heart.” Sheree says. Ding ding ding.
